What is wrong with my online dating profile
Dear Lisa, I have tried online dating for about 6 months.
He postponed our date the morning we were due to meet citing work problems as his reason for canceling. When you are at a cocktail party, you are putting your best self forward intriguing a man by being flirty and fun.
A profile needs to be the same way to attract the type of man you’d like to date.
One thing you don’t want to do is put anything in your profile that speaks about sex or making love.
This attracts the wrong type of man who will write you back thinking a sexual partner is all you’re looking for online.
Listening is just as important as being able to express yourself, being able to talk to one another.
Fix # 4: When I read your third paragraph, where you finally describe yourself, I understand why you get hundreds of messages.I would like to relocate to another State, so don’t let New York throw you. If you live far away and you are interested in talking to me that is a good start.I am willing to move in the future for the right person if that should happen. Was it descriptive in a way that you could actually imagine yourself in the scene the author was describing? A great example would be this: Once we know each other, a fun date would be a picnic in the park sharing our favorite foods and wines near a beautiful waterfall. If a man can imagine himself in this scene, he will write you.I have tried many of the dating websites — Our Time (the only one I’m still using), Plenty of Fish, Match, e Harmony — to no avail. It’s true that it’s hard enough to meet single seniors, let alone find someone with whom we feel a connection.Tags: Adult Dating, affair dating, sex dating
